‘The pause doesn't slow you down: it makes everything that follows more precise.’
Shamail Aijaz
An opportunity to see life at work from new perspectives, through different lenses and in other ways that invite re-enchantment with purpose and meaning.
Taking time to discover ourselves has been an essential part of the journey towards establishing joojinta, and the continual rediscovery and re-understanding of self within the context of our work is the bedrock from which we accompany leaders. This journey begins with pause: time to step out of habitual pace, reconnect with presence, and notice what might be emerging.
We work with leaders across organisations, NGOs, semi-state bodies and community initiatives, creating developmental spaces that are thoughtful, human and genuinely accessible. Each of these leadership offerings is geared toward inviting leaders at all levels to resource themselves from within to better reflect their personal and ecosystemic values.
Most of this work happens face to face, though online and hybrid forms can also be shaped around context and need.
