joojinta is a developmental field for experienced coaches, leaders and others drawn to the edges of their own becoming. Our work is rooted in the constructive-developmental traditions of Robert Kegan and the action-inquiry work of Harthill Consulting, and watered by the spiritual and psychological thinking of, for example, Martin Buber, Wilfred Bion, James Fowler, Jacques Lacan and René Girard. We bring an embodied, soulful and relational approach to vertical development, focusing not only on how we make meaning but also on how we live in the light of the meaning that we make.

For coaches, we believe that this means deepening presence, expanding developmental range, and bringing greater maturity and self-acceptance into practice.
