developing leaders

If leadership is the act of going beyond what is ... it begins by going beyond what is within ourselves.’
Kevin Cashman, The Pause Principle

One, two or three-day opportunities to reset priorities, relationships or thinking for small groups of senior leaders in an organisation. Each participant will have access to confidential converations with a dedicated reflective partner.

leaders’ retreats

‘Leaders don’t just shape culture through what they say or do, but also through the space they’re willing to hold.’
Brad Gaynor

Bespoke leadership programmes co-created with their sponsors to reflect the emerging strategic, systemic and individual needs of those taking part. Our programnmnes pay special attention to engaging with participants’ emerging ideas, challenges and perspectives. creative pause days

‘The pause doesn't slow you down: it makes everything that follows more precise.’
Shamail Aijaz

These offer leaders an opportunity to see life at work from new perspectives, through different lenses and in other ways that invite re-enchantment with purpose and meaning.

Over years of working with organisations, we’ve found that when leaders take time to become familiar with who they are, they find it easier to lead with confidence and ease.

So all our programmes and retreats offer participants time and space to pause: to step out of habitual pace, reconnect with presence, and notice what might be emerging for them as they do.

We work globally with leaders from private and public sector organisations in sectors such as Health, Agri and Professional Services, and specialise in resourcing leaders from NGOs, semi-state bodies and community initiatives. We see our work as creating developmental spaces that are thoughtful, human and genuinely accessible, inviting leaders at all levels to resource themselves from within to better reflect their personal and organisational values.

Most of this work happens face-to-face, though online and hybrid forms can also be shaped around context and need.
