Catching Sparkles is a collection of postcards, paintings, diary notes, pauses and other fragments from two coaches wondering about what happens between humans being with each other and the wider world.

There are no frameworks or models here.

No competencies to master.

No promise that any of this will make you a better coach.

There are paintings and stories; silence and dancing, trees and grief, love and uncertainty, paper boats, things that happened, things that might have happened, and moments neither of us quite knows how to explain.

Perhaps something will happen somewhere while you’re reading.

Perhaps near you.

Or maybe not.
