We believe that the world of coaching contains many stories about human encounters. Stories of things that happened between people. Stories of things that nearly happened, that might have happened, and things that nobody quite understood at the time. Stories that sometimes reach beyond words to say what they want to say. We welcome stories from coaches. Stories that don’t fit neatly into models, competencies or offer seven-point plans for becoming a better, or more developed, human being.

We want to make space for some of those stories: strange ones, beautiful ones, awkward ones, stories that disturb what we thought we knew. And sometimes, perhaps, stories that simply make us smile.

Catching Sparkles: Humans Being in the Coaching Room, arriving in February/March 2027, is our own collection of paintings and written postcards, with an accompanying audio companion voiced by our friend, Irish actor and trained coach Rachael Dowling. We’ll post more details here before the end of the year.
